The City of Newaygo is home to Logging Festival, Sponsored by Elders Forest Products! Thank you for making one of our favorite community events a success! We're glad to have you join us and appreciate the continued support by returning year after year! It's good to see some new faces, too!

Fill out the online application by clicking the GREEN REGISTER button on the right or use the printable version below- Your application confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours.
- .Credit Card: only accepted for payment in-full for entire space costs.
- Check, Cash or Money Order: Made payable to River Country Chamber of Commerce. Remember payments and registrations received after August 1 will have a $25.00 increased registration cost.
- The Exhibitor instructions including move in logistics will be emailed within a week of event date.

Thursday set up is an option for anyone as long as your arrive between 3pm & 6:30pm, but please let me know ahead of time.
Set up time is 7am -11am on Friday & 7am-10am on Sat & Sun
Vehicles must be moved one hour prior to show start time. No exceptions. Please note this for your arrival time!
Show hours are Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm
You may attend all 3 days or Saturday & Sunday. We do not have a no Sunday option.
You are expected to be open no later than show start time and you may not tear down prior to show end time.
Handicap parking is available upon request in the parking lot only and you will receive a parking permit for that vehicle.
There is no smoking in the park, on the sidewalks or in any portion of our event area. Smoking is allowed across the road but please dispose of correctly.
Vendors must take ALL of their trash to the dumpster in the parking lot, not the city dumpster or our receptacles in the event area.
We give ample time to be able to set up and tear down in a safe manner.
MLM (Colorstreet, Tupperware, etc) If your company only allows one vendor per show, you must call to see if a spot is available. You must provide your MLM company name in the company name line.
Vendors provide their own tent, table, etc.
There is no overnight lodging in the park. We have a list of lodging members on our website.
Do not plug into any of our outlets unless you are a food vendor that has prior approval from event director.
The map is not to scale. Please do not ask to be in an open spot, it does not exist.
PARKING
Vendors that do not need to move their vehicles during show hours may park in the paved lot and marked grassy area next to paved lot inside Shaw Park. These vehicles will not leave the event area one hour prior to show start time and until after show hours have ended and foot traffic has been cleared by event director. This is also where vendors with handicap approval may park.
Vendors that wish to leave during show hours must use the paved lot connected to Loomis Lodge (if there's availability) or may park at the AYSO fields and return on foot or via shuttle.
The Shuttle will pick up from AYSO, head to Brooks Park downtown and loop back to drop off at Shaw Park. It is a longer path, but this way no one has to cross the road and it provides a much safer route for all.Tell a Friend
