Presenting our 2023 theme: "LUMBERJACKS ARE BACK!"
Logging Festival Parade has returned! Join in on the lineup or be a part of the cheering crowd.
Participation is FREE! You may enter marching units, antique vehicles, farm tractors and any other creative entries. Organization name must be on your unit.
How do I enter to be in the lineup?
►Pick up an app at River Country Chamber - located at 1 State Rd at the STREAM building in Downtown Newaygo

Where does the parade go?
► Route Map
Starts at the Industrial Park on Clay St to Barton to Quarterline then left on State Rd (M-37) with dispersal at State Rd & River St
How will we know where to go?
Our amazing parade volunteers will be located at the entrance to the G-M Wood Products back parking lot with your parade position.
What if my entry is not road legal?
No worries! We have a safe route for you to end at while others continue onto M-37
Can we toss candy and/or informational flyers?
Absolutely! Just make sure you're registered to be a part of the parade. Please be mindful of the temperature when selecting items to pass out. (some candy melts!)

Restrooms?
Please use the multiple clean porta jons located in City Hall parking Lot as part of our event.
What about the littles?
We've got you covered! Check out the Changing/Feeding Tent next to the stage in Brooks Park. You'll be able to have privacy if you little needs fed or changed.
Where do I find help or more information or help during event?
Check out River Country Chamber's booth next to the stage in Brooks Park. Our volunteers are ready and willing to help. Whether it be a band-aid, water for the fur babies or directions. Our Reserve Officers will also be out and about, too!
