8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDTMandatory 8:00am cooks meeting. Meat will be distributed at this time.
Entrants are required to set up on Saturday, September 26th between 8 am - 9 am. You may park one (1) vehicle in front of your space long enough to unload then move it to the parking area for competitors.
Contest meats must be delivered to the designated turn-in point in the cook-off competition area no later than five (5) minutes before turn in-time time:
Chicken - Judged at 4:00 pm
Ribs - Judged at 4:15 pm
Award Ceremony will be held at approximately 4:45 pmPRIZES:

We are excited to announce our 5th Annual
Harvest Moon Festival Amateur BBQ Competition!
Bring your best BBQ Chicken and/or Ribs recipe to the table and let the judges decide who wins the CASH prizes! All meat is supplied at the cooks meeting Saturday morning. This is sure to be a tasty event for everyone!
